Members, non-members, children, and adults are welcome and warmly invited to all of our services.
Friday evening · monthly
Musical Shabbat
Once a month we welcome Shabbat with the band. We sing and chant, and sometimes even dance — a way to move from the pulls and stresses of the week toward something more centered, calm, and forgiving. Friendships are born on Friday night.
- 5:30 pm Shalom Shabbat — a fun, interactive service for ages 0 to 10 and their grownups.
- 6:00 pm Shabbat dinner for all — RSVP link goes out in the monthly newsletter.
- 7:00 pm Musical Shabbat service — with Rabbi Ben, Rabbi Shosh, and the band.
Some months bring their own shape. On Erev Sukkot we eat pizza in the sukkah and launch a book.
Saturday morning · weekly
Shabbat Morning
Full of joyful singing, with musical accompaniment when there’s a B’nai Mitzvah. There’s a lively discussion of the weekly Torah reading, then the portion is chanted by members of our community.
- 10:00 am Shabbat morning service — 9:30 am when there’s a B’nai Mitzvah.
- After Kiddush luncheon — light lunch, and everyone is warmly welcome.
- 12:30 pm Torah study — interactive, through 1:15.
