Sukkot, Shemini Atzeret
+ Simchat Torah
September 23 – October 3, 2026
Ten days of building, sitting, eating, and dancing.
After the Days of Awe we go outside. We put up the sukkah together, eat under it, sit in it, and finish by unrolling the whole Torah and dancing. Come to one piece of it or all of it — everyone is welcome.

All hands welcome. Come help put it up.

Pizza in the Hut + book launch
Erev Sukkot.

Saturday–Sunday, September 26–27
Sukkot I and II
Hebrew School’s first day falls on Sunday the 27th.
Wednesday, September 30
Sit in the Sukkah
Pleasantville Community Sangha, meeting this month in the sukkah. Open to anyone who wants to sit, whatever your practice or background.

Simchat Torah Celebration
- 5:30 pm · Shalom Simchat Torah, for PreK families
- 6:00 pm · Lasagna
